For some reason 3 hours isn't enough time to drop Zach off, get to the gym, run 11 miles and get the oil changed in my car.  So I only ran 10 and barely made it back in time to pick Zach back up.  Boy, this mom stuff is hard.

10 miles in 1:14:30 7:27 avg pace

It can be challenging trying to fit workouts in around kids' schedules. Good job on 10 miles!

Just one more day, then I can get back on my "normal" get up at 4:00am schedule. I tell you, and I'm not being sarcastic, this sleeping in till 6:00 crap is for the birds. I have to force myself to try and go back to sleep every morning so I don't wake everyone else up.

Just be glad you're fast! If it was me I'd have only gotten to run 4 miles :)

Nice job Rob - so you gave your wife a break did you? That is a wonderful thing for you to do! I'm sure she deserves it after you being gone so much.

okay, I take it back - just read the previous entry. Your wife is a diehard!

For some reason my wife doesn't think being a stay at home mom is hard enough so she wants a full time job to go along with it.

Either that, or she is planning her escape from me. My clothes may be out on the curb after she gets a job.
