These are rough places you have to visit. It's great that you don't have to do business in Toledo, Ohio or Duluth, Minnesota.
You still technically live in Utah right?

Rob (M) - the last trail running magazine has a nice feature on Duluth. Although it had a "lol" moment when the author made some dumb comparison to "trail running meccas such as Boulder, CO and Provo, UT." Boulder, yes... Provo... not so much! Duluth is not a place I'd want to be in January. Key West sounds much nicer :-)

As you know, I love Duluth and have spent a lot of time there. Just not in January!
