New version of my rolling hills simulation,  I set the treadmill to 8.5 mph and never changed the speed again, 3 sets of progressive hill climbs for 3 miles and then a 1 mile rest at 0% incline in between each set,   2% = comfortable  3%= feels like I'm working  4% = hurts.

Nice attempt at keeping the miles "slower". I run all my runs solo and 90% of them at night. If you are looking for a night time running partner to keep you in the low 7's a couple times a week I would be very interested (I live in Riverton/Herriman).

I actually do most my running between 4:30 - 5:00 am. I have a hard time finding running partners :). Thanks for asking though, unfortunately night time running never fits my schedule
