New version of my rolling hills simulation, I set the treadmill to 8.5 mph and never changed the speed again, 3 sets of progressive hill climbs for 3 miles and then a 1 mile rest at 0% incline in between each set, 2% = comfortable 3%= feels like I'm working 4% = hurts. Distance | Time | Avg Pace
