Woke up way to early this morning and didn't even try to get back to sleep, was at the gym on the treadmill at 4:30. Felt really good from the start this morning, one of those days where I just kind of felt like I was floating the whole run. Ran my last mile very fast just cause I could. Went and lifted weights for about 30 minutes and then sat in the hottub for another 15. Great way to start off a busy busy work day, actually busy busy work month. Distance | Time | Avg Pace
