Yesterday in an attempt to eat healthier I went to the grocery store before work and stocked up on a bunch of fruit to snack on through the day instead of eating a bad lunch. Well that turned out to be a bad mistake and made this mornings run pretty miserable. Guess it's back to Peanut butter and Honey sandwiches for breakfast and hamburgers for lunch. Other than the stomach issues I felt good this morning, once again pushed a little harder than I should have, threw in a 3 mile MP Tempo run, started out intending to go 4 but my stomach said no.
