Haven't been feeling well this week after getting home from California, dragged myself to the gym this morning, I actaully didn't feel terrible running on the treadmill but still cut it short.

5 miles on the treadmill, still trying to fight off this bug.  Last night my son (13) told me he really wanted to be in the Olympics as a miler.  Guess I better get my butt in shape so I can help him reach his dreams.
