| I didn't run yesterday cause we were at the cabin so I got my workout in moving 6' snow drifts instead. So I deciced to head out this morning and get an early run in.

| Weigh in day for my neighborhood weightloss contest. Currently I'm in 3rd place at 12% lost since Jan. 1st. I ran longer to try and loose an extra pound before weighing in. 3 weeks to go.
Really good run, it's definatelty getting easier and easier, and running is starting to be fun again.

| Ran to the Jimmy Johns, they were closed so I turned around and ran back home.
3 miles down to drycreek with the track team so they could show me the rope swing.
