Same run as yesterday, followed by core stuff.  No hot tub.

Has anyone ran in Barcelona before?  I mean besides the Olympians,  I'm going there on Sunday for 2 weeks and am wondering how the running is.

Well now I'm excited, I went online and it makes it sound like Barcelona is the greatest place on earth to go running.  Perfect weather, trails along the beach and trail running in the mountains.

Yep, I've never been, but a bunch of people have told me it is their favorite city in the World so I'm excited to go see why. I always judge a city based on runability.

There is a girl that runs with us sometimes that lives in shadow ridge, her husband is from spain and she just ran a 10k there, I think it was Barcelona and she said it's amazing running out there!!
