Yep, you guessed it.  1 hour on the elliptical, 30 minutes of weights.

Apparently New Years resolution people only resolved to workout Monday though Friday cause the Gym was empty, very nice.

My gym doesn't fill up on weekends until around 11. That's probably because many of them had late nights and needed to sleep off the hangovers. I am typically that late too but my excuse has more to do with laziness than a hangover.

Sorry to hear about the foot issue. I had a semi serious stress fracture in my foot last January and it took an extra month to heal only because I wasn't patient enough to let it heal. If you really do have a fracture, as much as it sucks, you should try to swim as much as possible and do everything in your power to resist running. On the bright side, you could swim with a master's team and train for an Ironman.
