5:30 am. Slept in an extra 20 minutes, nice. And went to the gym for a plan of 6 mile easy run. Threw in 1 quick mile to do (dare I say it) a mile of goal 1/2 marathon pace for this weekends race. After my 1 quick mile I decided to run a mile recovery, after I stopped I noticed Riverton Paul who lied to everyone by saying he wouldn't be running for 6 months was on the treadmill in the back row, so I went and ran 2 miles with him and chatted about his achilles tendon and the treatment he is going to do, ouch!! Nice run, I'm going to attempt to not run tomorrow and blame it on travel to get ready for Sunday. Luckily I have been upgraded to first class on my flight that always makes it easier to relax.
