Felt really good today so I decided to take advantage of it. 44 laps 1:14 avg lap = 7:40 avg pace. Took the last mile easier around 1:20/lap but then finished with a 1:02 to even it out.

Someone in my department quit last week so I got upgraded to an office with a window. Lucky day!

I have a sweet view of Geneva pumping tons of toxic chemicals into the air. Not that I'm complaining though, at least its not a wall I'm staring at all day.

Hey, nice job on your race this weekend. That is insane that 1:07 puts you at the back of the pack. Britt's Brother lives in Houston in the Woodlands. When you make it to the trials I'll be sure and make a trip down to come see it.
