Pretty awesome run with Ryan and Jeff L this morning.  Ryan has to go to St. George today for Soccer tournaments so we decided to run this morning instead, and since he is the CFO of our company I have a good excuse for being late to work :)

I decided to just make today my long run since I had people to run with so I went down early and did a 3 mile loop around Thanksgiving point before meeting Jeff and Ryan.  We started out kind of slow, truthfully faster than I though Ryan would be willing to run but slower I guess.  Out through West Lehi out to Utah Lake and back.  Very nice morning, I actually thought the temperature was perfect, not quite cold enough to freeze your sweat.

Pretty happy with the run, I felt really good the entire time.  I was actually suppose to do a 10 mile Tempo mixed in but that's OK, I still got the mileage.  I ran an extra 2 mile out and back alone at the end to finish off my mileage.

Thanks Jeff for meeting us on such late notice, that was a lot of fun.

Jeff is the coolest. I always enjoy seeing him at races.

Friday long runs are the best, all I have to do the rest of the day is sit at my work desk and post on Fastrunningblog. Saturday's on the other hand are full of Soccer Games, house work, stuff that involves my legs actually working.

Nice run Rob! I always love getting LR out of the way before the weekend.

Thanks, Lily.

Nice run, Rob. I'm glad I came as I tried to talk myself out of it. You looked like you could have gone a lot further when you left us. Ryan and I were cursing you when you sprinted up the hill towards the end. That was a lot of fun.

My pure awesomeness always comes out on training runs. I seem to loose it on actual race day.
