Hope I'm not coming down with something, went to bed at 8:00 slept in till 5:30 and still felt like it was just an elliptical trainer day.

30 minutes on the hotel elliptical 15 minutes of weights now off to work.

I've stayed in a lot of cities and I'd have to say Salt Lake is one of the stranger ones.  I went walking around looking for dinner at 7:00 last night and the place is a ghost town, I don't even see how businesses stay open here.

it looks like your recovery is going well so far this week with some solid running days and good cross training.
