Quick loop around the stadium before work.  I ran really fast down the hill.

I was really happy the St. George Marathon had a live stream,  I was able to watch the incredible finish of most of you bloggers.  I really got me motivated to start training harder, and run a fast marathon.

i hope you are having fun there (i know you are working, but still, i hope it's fun). i was also pretty inspired by those SG races. wow.
