I really needed that after all my whining yesterday. Swimming really is a great cross train, legs feel great afterwards and I really can think better, the rest of the world just kind of disappears when you swim. I realized that yeah, maybe I'm not in as good of shape as I'd like to be, but who is. Last year at this time I couldn't even run. So I'm not quite sure what my problem was yesterday, maybe a bit sick, maybe just tired. Anyway, 32 laps in the pool, 20 minutes on the elliptical, and then 30 minutes of random weight machines.
