Longer than normal run today, just because.  50 laps = 8 miles in 1:06:00 = 8:15 avg pace.

I went to the physical theripist yesterday.  I'm so glad I could pay someone to tell me not to do stuff that makes me hurt.  Really, duh!!.  I don't need someone with a doctors degree to tell me that.  He did measure my strength equality from left to right, and with the exception of my weak hamstring I'm within 98% from left to right.  Which I guess is a good thing so I don't run in circles.  Wait I do run in circles.   I wasn't able to run on the super expensve treadmill, I have to make a special Saturday apointment to run with LED lights on my legs.

50 laps? Are you in a dungeon? In China?

A Dungeon, Yes. China, No.
